BSEM-MWD
The BSEM-MWD system combines the latest in electromagnetic frequency based technology with a durable, efficient design providing an effective solution for EM applications. Directional surveys, steering only, or optional gamma logging configurations with annular pressure capabilities are available. BSEM-MWD’s programmable low frequency transmission and high-power output significantly reduces noise sources to provide a clean downhole signal. Because it has no mechanical moving parts, it is ideal for well bores requiring LCM additives to the mud system. BSEM-MWD is fully retrievable and re-insertable when encountering lost in hole conditions. Continuous transmission and automatic resynchronization of survey and steering sequences eliminates the need to cycle pumps for survey acquisition or changes in the toolface mode.
